He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Wagner and Lydia Wagner; his siblings, Gloria Erickson (Jack), Norma Scharborough (Buster), Geraldeane Sartini (Jean), N. John Wagner (Helen), Harvey Wagner (Beverly) and Lester Wagner (Thelma); and his close friends, Jack Cole (Helen), Charles Pearson (Gaye), Leonard Cole (Marlene), John Bozich (Jean) and Wendell Nordquist (Joan).

He is survived by: his wife Donna Wagner; his children, Sandra Mallisham (Lincoln) and Leland D. Wagner; his grandchildren, Leland P. Wagner and Selena Wagner; his siblings, Jim Wagner (Gayle) and Kathie Gavia (William); and his friends, Waddell and Jose Flores.
