He is survived by: his wife Teresa Azevedo; his son Robert Azevedo (Michelle); his mother Maria Rosalia Azevedo of Livingston; his brother José Arlindo Azevedo (Laudelina) of Buhach; his grandchildren, Christopher Azevedo, Austin Vaz, Mason Azevedo and Hailey Azevedo; and his nephews, Paulo, Frank and Larry Azevedo.
