“I just learned the very sad news today that my friend Doug passed away a few months ago. I met Doug on a nature trail that we walk our dogs on every day. My husband and I saw Doug on our morning walks and always enjoyed a very fun and lively conversation. Doug became a dear friend in our hearts, and we are very sad to hear this news. Not being able to see Doug with his beloved sidekick, Chrissy, is very sad for both of us. We will miss Doug very much. We send our genuine sympathies to his family”
