Reid Alan Erickson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Reid Alan Erickson of Lincoln, California, born in Fort Collins, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 31, 2024 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Reid Alan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Reid Alan farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his brother Brant David Erickson. He is survived by: his father Robert Byron Erickson; his children, Annora Teagan and Finley Reid; his wife Christina; his mother Barbara Erickson (Reid); and his sister Ann Cobb (Jeff). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, and in consideration of Reid's eight month battle with Glioblastoma, we ask that donations be made in Reid's memory to the Brain Tumor Research Fund of UC Davis. Your donation will support the UC Davis Brain Tumor Program, an interdisciplinary team of researchers led by Reid's Brain Surgeon in collaboration with his Neuro Oncologist and other clinician scientists.
