She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wright and Benton Jr.; her stepfather Amos McGee; her husband Verlus Leon Wroten Sr.; her daughter Kelli Jane Wroten; and her sister Linda Gail Benton.

She is survived by: her sisters, Carmen Jean Hatfield, Myra May Lauderbaugh and Shelby Jean Boyd; and her children, Rhonda Lynne Reyna (Ernesto) of Dalhart, Clarissa Leann Despres (Michael) of Mountain Home, Crystal Elaine Wroten of Modesto and Verlus Leon Wroten Jr. (Josie) of Stockton, California.. She is also survived by 15 grandkids, 27 great grandkids, and one great great granddaughter.
