He is survived by: his children, Emily Anne Yun (Tommy) of Denver, CO and Jeffrey Scott Tobias Jr. of Lake Elsinore, CA; his grandchild Jennah Yun; his siblings, James Opitz of Fontana, CA, John Opitz of Norco, CA, Dawn Schwartz (Kevin) of Colorado Springs, CO and Jenny Turmel (Jeff) of Wrightwood, CA; his mother Sandra Faye Miller of Wrightwood, CA; and his wife Tootie Pham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives.
