He is survived by: his wife Chloe Pruitt; his sisters, Debbie Moore and Melba Dean; his sisters-in-law, Norma Pruitt and Midge Wancura; his daughters, Cara Byrd and Melissa Cottingham; his grandchildren, Elliott Davis, Dylan Byrd, Brittany Cottingham, David Cottingham and Hunter Cottingham; and his great grandchildren, Jamie Cottingham and Owen Cottingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
