It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Whitney of King City, California, born in Northwood, North Dakota, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Glenn and Margaret Winslow. She is survived by: her husband William R. Whitney; her children, William L. Whitney (Karen), Robert Whitney and Laurie Komenda; her grandchildren, Lee Whitney (Katie), Callie Whitney, Baillie Buhler and Justin Buhler; her great great grandchild Scarlett Whitney; her friends, Joe and Shirley Silveira; her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Cunha (Curt), George Cunha (Becky), Rusty and Debbie Cauley; and her cousins, Neil Bentley, Chyane Serena and Ardyth Wiegandt.
