He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Orr and Fern Orr. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Bitney; his children, Angela Orr, William Orr (Regena) of Paso Robles and Dr. Charles Orr (Stephanie) of Winona; and his granddaughter Alexandria Aguilar (Martin). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews.
