He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Westover Hildt of Lewiston, Utah.; his children, Laurie (Kevin Anthony), Christine (David Fox), Curtis (Michelle Hildt), Michelle (Tad Ashby), David Hildt and Amy (Brian Layton); and his parents, Carl August Hildt and Anna McCann Hildt McDermott. He was also cherished by 27 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
