He is survived by: his father Peter T. Smith of Wading River; his children, Jordan Jearl Juarez of Indio, Joshua James Juarez of Indio and Alyssa Ryan Juarez of Indio; his mother Bertha E. Smith of Indio; his mother-in-law Rosa Razo of Coachella; and also Alicia Martinez Machuca of Indio. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
