She is survived by: her husband Gary Curtis; her daughters, Shannon Friesen (Rod) of Tualatin, OR and Shellie Berry (Eric) of Dallas, OR; her grandchildren, Mark Mihalkovitz, Emily and Davis Friesen; and her great grandchild Hunter Mihalkovitz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in honor of Carol Curtis.
