He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Francis Fitzsimmons; his stepfather Bryan Arland Judkins; his sister Patricia Anne Hansen; his stepsisters, Patricia Rowland and Darlene White; and his daughter Shirley Jean Castillo.
He is survived by: his former wife Diana Marie Jason; his wife Diana Marie Fitzsimmons; and his children, Dawn Marie Froncek and William Herbert Fitzsimmons. He is also survived by 8 grand children, 7 great grand children, 1 great great grandson (Thomas), many in laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
