He was predeceased by: his parents, Zacarías Balver and Paula Balver; his son Albert Medina of Bakersfield; and his wife Ramona Aguilar of Laton. He is survived by: his brother Peter Balver of Laton; and his children, Rachel Balver of Hanford, Rosemary Vargas of Hanford, Joseph Balver of Hanford and Daniel Balver of Selma. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, and thirty great grandchildren.
