He was predeceased by: his daughter Alice Jones. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his son Kent; his stepsons, Robert Mann and David Mann; and his granddaughters, Tiffany Shaw and Teresa Glaum. He is also survived by five great- grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchild.
