He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Olson and Dorothy Olson; his stepfather Manley Whitford; his son Eric; his brother Harold; and his nephew Kerry.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Gary (Linda) and Steven; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Arron), Randy (Kim), Tyler, Stacy (Matt) and Keri (Pillo); his great grandchildren, Paige, Destiny, Hailey, Averie, Turner of Hayden, P. J. and Arabela; and his great great grandchildren, Aila and Everlie.
