He was predeceased by: his mother Catalina Palacios; and his siblings, Mary Lou P. Torres, Maria Palacios, Francisca P. Orozco, Angela P. Castillo, Jose Lino Palacios, Manuel Palacios and Salvador Palacios.
He is survived by: his wife Lupe Hernandez Palacios; his sons, Jesse Ernesto, David and Raymond Palacios; his daughters-in-law, Heidi and Rosa Palacios; his grandchildren, David Jr. (Nancy), Tommy, Joleen (Mark), Christian, Tabitha, Keana, Ernie and Jesse Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ian, Gavin and Myles; and his sister Lucy P. Lucas. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the funeral service will be short and the attendees will be limited.
