He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Gonzalez and Margarita Gonzalez. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond, Tommy, Carolina Cabrera, Janie Barreras and Margie Gonzalez; his son Rudy Jr. Gonzalez; and his sister Dolores Arevalo Stella (late Theodore). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
