It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Howson Hughan of Gilroy, California, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Frances Cullen Howson. She is survived by: her children, Wade Hughan (Jane), Gwyneth Sauceda (Ed) and Robert Hughan; her grandchildren, John Hughan (Corey), Iona, Tyler, Amy Sauceda (Nick), Sara Sauceda and Margot Hughan; her great grandchild Joseph Matalone; and her siblings, Ronald Howson and Marcia Keahey Bodnar. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made to St. Joseph's Family Center, St. Mary's Parish, or the Sierra Club.
