He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Louise Colbert. He is survived by: his children, Beth Lynn Colbert and Robert Richard Colbert, MD; his daughter-in-law Lisa Marie Caylor, MD; and his grandchildren, Ian Carter Colbert and Sabrina Camille Colbert.
