She is survived by: her children, Lynda Hemping Cahill of Morgan, Max Hemping II (Carmen) of Richfield, Craig Hemping (Janet) of Chico and Casey Hemping (Roberta) of Richfield; her sister Helen Meyers of Red Bluff; and her spouse Max W. Hemping. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
