He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lynn Simpson; his children, Debbie (Kevin Neely), Nick (Kim Crouch) and Janice (Houston Cowan); his grandchildren, Clint Crouch (Amber), Trent Crouch, Kaitlyn Crouch, Nikki Crouch, Patrick Neely, Ryan and Christianne Neely; and his great grandchild Henderson Crouch.
Due to Covid, attendance at the service is restricted.
It is the family's wish that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Valley Children's Hospital.
