He is survived by: his wife Stella; his daughters, Patricia Schneider (Ron), Sandra Peelman and Catherine Bischel (Richard); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Nalesnik (Jeff), Charlie Schneider (Allee), John Ross Peelman (Kristen), Anthony Bischel (Katie) and Richard Bischel (Kalyn). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrances be made in Charlie's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
