He is survived by: his wife Debra Vander Wal of Sanger; his children, Bartholomew John Vander Wal, Jr. (Kaitlyn) of Sanger, James Vander Wal (Carly) of Sanger and Dulk (Arie) of Ripon; his siblings, Jerry Vander Wal (Marcia) of Ripon, Pearl Schouten (Mike) of Iowa and Jane Dotinga (Melvin) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Jensen Bartholomew Vander Wal, Dallie Vander Wal, Dawson Vander Wal, Arie John (Dulk VI), Jade (Dulk) and Brynlee (Dulk).
