It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Marilyn Sturdivant of Fair Oaks, California, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurel Stanton Elzea and Carrie May Elzea; and her sister Beverly Ross. She is survived by: her brother Laurel Stanton Elzea, Jr. (Stan); her husband Jesse David Sturdivant; and her children, Gail Pothour (Steve), Barbara Landis (Phil), Sue Stone (Cliff), Patty Sturdivant and Mark Sturdivant (April). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
