He was predeceased by: his wife Irene S. Kozlowski (Davidowski); his parents, Walter Kozlowski and Stephanie Kozlowski (Sczur); and his siblings, John, Walter, Joseph, Anthony, Henry and Clara.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark A. Kozlowski (Frances A. Kozlowski) of Exeter Township and Kevin S. Kozlowski (Monica A. Kozlowski) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Matthew Kozlowski (Elizabeth Kozlowski), Megan Clark (Jordan Clark), Kaitlyn Schmidt (Brandon Schmidt), Patrick and Zachary Kozlowski; and his great grandchildren, Julian, Emmett, Jonah and Noah.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Stephen's Polish National Catholic Church 20 St. Stephen's Church Lane, Reading, PA 19607 in memory of Mr. Stanley G. Kozlowski.
