With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Hoverter (Exeter, California), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Brown and Mary Eck (Hoverter); and his son Kenneth Hoverter. He is survived by: his wife Jane B. Hoverter (Claytor); his children, Kathy S. McNeill (Hugh McNeill) of Exeter Township, Barbara L. Oswell (Daniel Oswell) of Exeter Township and Richard P. Hoverter of Exeter Township; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jennifer, Christine, Dayna and Ethan.
