She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Patterson and Willa Patterson; her daughter Denise Goates; her husband Boyce Goates; her siblings, Willene, Max, Keith, Lucille and Jerry; and her sons-in-law, John Howison and John Wells.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Peterson; her daughter Vicki Elliott (Charlie); her sister Jean Sheldon of Tucson, AZ; and her children, Kathy Wells, Shirley Hughes (Don), Linda Reese (Rick), Bonnie Craddock, Debbie Howison and Dan Peterson (Suzie). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
