He is survived by: his children, Alexander Motz, Ana Motz, Willow Motz and Kyla Motz; his stepdaughter Dayle McNinch; his sister Michelle Motz; his niece Shana Garrett; his nephews, Matt Garrett and Joey Bonomonte; and his parents, Christina Perry and Richard Perry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
