She was predeceased by: her parents, Amelia Serafini and Peter Serafini of Italy; her siblings, John Serafini and Anne Corder; and her husbands, Chester Burman and Dr. Donald Lawson.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Donald Ziengenfuss "Ziggy"; her children, John Burman, Joanne Melendy, Sharon Kopin and Carol Ondrejko; her grandchildren, Michael Melendy, Courtney Burman, Casey Shonfield, Kelsey Tognetti, Daniel Ondrejko and Kristen Roach; her great grandchildren, Mark, John Melendy, Asher, Ember Burman, Nolan, Brady, Logan Tognetti and Ronin Shonfield; her great great grandchildren, Raiden and Liliana MelendyAlso; her niece Judy Kovacovich; her nephews, Tom and Gary Corder; her granddaughter Christine Melendy; and her nephew Dick Giacolini.
