He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Simas of Tracy, CA; his uncle Altus (Peggi); and his grandparents, Ken O., Elizabeth Cook of Vernalis, Harvey and Hilda Capps of Escalon.
He is survived by: his father Kenneth C. Cook (Diann); his sister Melissa Neal (Nate); his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, James and Emilee of El Cajon; his sister Corrine Cook of Tennessee; and his uncles, John (Shirley Cook) and Daryl Capps.
