He is survived by: his spouse Joan Marie Azevedo; his grandchildren, Jodi, Jade and Gino; his siblings, Alberta, Edwin, Ernie (Bonnie), Chuck (Susie) and Timothy (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Jim Azevedo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
