He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Keltner; his children, Rick Keltner (Cynthia), Stan Keltner (Peggy), Kelly and Tina; his grandson David Keltner (Mellisa); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Savannah, Harlie, Tayla, Tsia and Trevon; his sisters, Patsy (Jim Wiseman) and Carolyn (Gene Scroggins); his sister-in-law Ethie Sullivan (Ronald); and his stepmother Carol Williams.
