We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 91, Melvin Henry Jasmer of El Monte, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Viola (Baumgartner); his sisters, Henrietta Schultz and Elaine Walther; and his daughter-in-law Valerie Jasmer.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lage of Miltona; his son Rodney of Miltona; his grandchildren, Alisha Jasmer (Art Pierson) of Santa Clarita, CA, Erica Jasmer of Denver, CO and Peter Jasmer (Kallie) of Shafer, MN; and his brother Gordon Jasmer (Sharon) of Miltona.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Zion Lutheran School in Alexandria.
