He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Perez (Maldonado); his children, Frances Martinez, Lori Salinas, Veronica Avila, Raymond Perez and Eric Perez; and his siblings, Helen Ishizuka, Gilbert Perez, Vincent Perez and Josie Perez. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
