He is survived by: his son Douglas Blickensderfer; his grandchildren, Eric Blickensderfer and Linda Blickensderfer; his son David Blick Wife Carla; his grandchildren, Cody Blick and Connor Blick; his brother Robert Blickensderfer; and also Wife Donna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
