He was predeceased by: his father Nikolaos Manolellis. He is survived by: his mother Eirini Manolellis; his wife Colleen; his sons, Nicholas (Eleni), Alexandros (Katherine) and Anthony; his grandchildren, Theodora and Theofilos; and his brother Socrates (Nikoletta). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made in Theo's memory to the UNICEF Humanitarian Aid for Children in Crisis or to the ALK Positive lung cancer organization.
