He is survived by: his wife Amparo; his children, Tina and Joey; his grandchild Matteo; and his daughters-in-law, Janine and Jackie. He is also survived by classmates and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made in his memory to the National Kidney Foundation.
