She was predeceased by: her parents, Pablo Valenzuela Chapa and Guadalupe Hernandez; and her husband Lucio A. Nunez. She is survived by: her children, Jose Peña, Oscar Nunez, Lisa Peña, Gloria Vaca and Norma Cruz; and her brothers, Manuel Valenzuela, Samuel Valenzuela and Rodolfo Valenzuela.
