He is survived by: his children, Monte Field and Joy Mathers; his siblings, Larry Field and Joann Allred; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Cook; his grandchildren, Mary Gomes, Katie Starr, Kellie Ahrens and Dylan Field; his great grandchildren, Jackson Gomes and Austin Gomes (AJ); and his sister-in-law Linda Cook.
