She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Clements and Arthena Clements. She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her children, Shaleen Hoff (Carl), Gaylene Andersen (Jim) and Russell Walters (Patty); and her siblings, Wesley Clements (Nancy) and Marcia Williams (Phillip).

They continued to gather lifelong friends before Modeen started to show symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.
