She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Adkinson and Omer Adkinson; her husband Donald W. Hayes; her grandson Donnie Hayes III; and her sister Eleanor Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Hayes Jr. (Patty) of Lewistown, MT., Marilyn Hayes-Cardinal (Tim) of Chico, CA. and Jon Hayes (Sally) of Chico, CA.; her grandchildren, Angela Carducci (David) and Travis Hayes (Amber); her great grandchildren, Dominic, Antonio Carducci, Colt and Temperance Hayes; and her siblings, Elaine Maelzer of Loveland, CO., Marvin Adkinson of Westminster, CO. and Rollie Adkinson (Ruthie) of Greeley, CO.. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
