He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Markovich and Anna Toncola; his wife Thelma Iona Markovich; his son Darryl Markovich; his granddaughter Dawn Renee Lester; and his siblings, Teddy Markovich, Mary Markovich and Helen Markovich.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Shaw, Michael Markovich and Robert Markovich; his grandson William Markovich; his great grandchild Roderick Bell; and his brother Jack Markovich.
