He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle and Sterling; his wife Billie; and his brother Jim Campbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Forde, Cathy Licht (Ron), Andi Lomax (Doug), Chris Haffner (Glenn) and Laura Wilmoth (Trevor); his grandchildren, Liz, Jill, Hana, Daniel, Andrew, Dominique, Tony, Molly, Blake, Justin, Michael, Morgan, Reed, Cory, Robyn, Natalie and Sierra; and his great grandchildren, Dominick, Soren, Juniper, Everly, Emma, Finley, Evan, Owen and Ano.
