She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Mabel Smith (Greenstreet); her sister Jean Gray; and her siblings-in-law, Anne Krause (Jim), James B. Foster (Isabel) and Frank Foster.
She is survived by: her friends, Elissa Scudder, Eileen Hartley, Joan Hood, Fred, Mary Jo Lacey and Vencil Brown; her husband William Foster (Bill); her daughter Sandy; her brothers-in-law, David Foster (Diane) and Robert Foster (Bob); and her extended family, Scott, Penny, Michael, Brittney and Megan. She is also survived by cousins, friends, neighbors.
