He is survived by: his sister Beverly Johnson; his wife Carol Hoffman Jacobson; his children, Denise Jacobson of Sacramento, Susan Leland (Rob) of Arlington, Virginia and Kurt Jacobson (Kyra) of Aurora; and his grandchildren, Jason, Evan Glover, Jacob, Erin Leland, Kaylee and Kaja Jacobson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity or The American Lung Association.
