He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda H Yates and Henry Yates Sr.; and his wife Barbara Ann Rarick. He is survived by: his daughter Tabatha Marie Yates; and his granddaughter Shie Ann Yates. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
