He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Silveira and Joe C Silveira; his stepmother Lillian Silveira; his daughter Rebecca Jean Silveira; and his sister Sally Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sharron Silveira; his children, Christopher Silveira (Lorie Silveira), Carrie Fletcher (Bradley Fletcher) and Janel Mitchell; his grandchildren, Thomas Mitchell (Tina Mitchell), Brandie Fletcher, Rand Silveira, Nichole Calderon and Perrin Silveira; his great grandchild Hannah Mitchell; his brother Daniel Silveira; his brother-in-law Dale Jackson; and his stepsister Diane Hepler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Cancer Society or plant a tree in Tom's name at a local park or forest.
