It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Hart of Arroyo Grande, California, born in Compton, California, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mona Hart; his daughters, Kimberely Martin and Elizabeth Howard; and his stepchildren, Rick Kueffer, Emilee Soenksen and Jillian Delmore. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
