Schmidt and Caroline Schmidt; his sister Helen Vetter; his brothers-in-law, Walter Vetter, Ted Thomas and Mary Zachow; his wife Phyllis; his sister Adrienne Thomas; his children, Everett Givens (Deborah), Marsha Lakmann, Janice Crossland (Donald) and Allan Schmidt (Jan); his grandchildren, Roxanne Crane, Justin Crossland (Nikki), Daniel LaBolle (Chelsey), Kristie Battilocchi (Jeff), Jessica Perkins (Rhys), Simon Givens and Sophie Givens; his great grandchildren, Angela Stephenson, Michael Sims, Gabriella Calvery, Thaddeus Crossland, Thatcher Crossland and Nathan LaBolle; his great great grandchildren, Tyler Sims, Maddison Marlton, Alexander Sims and Olivia Marlton; and also, Arnold Zachow and Sherida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
